Burberry Lip Mist is lightweight in texture and provides intense moisture and long lasting colour. The formulation contains anti-aging ceramides for fuller lip definition, guaranteeing continuous hydration. It also contains UV filters to protect your lips from damaging environmental exposure.
I first saw these lipsticks on Raeview's channel and was dying to get my hands on these (more so because of its packaging) but however, being in Australia it was an impossible task. Few months ago, I was in Malaysia for a holiday and stumbled across these at the mall. Once my eyes were locked onto the counter, I HAD to test these out! I was just amazing at the packaging of the lipstick and its magnetic closure..very classy. These were RM98 which only came to around AUD$30..bargain! The assistant that was with me wasn't very helpful and tried to sell products that I wasn't really after so I didn't want to stay there any longer, so I only came home with one lipstick :(
The Burberry Lip Mist that I picked up was in Pink Heather No. 210
Lip Mists are a sheer creamy lipstick formula and is advertised as the sheerer option in the Burberry line. Pink Heather is a soft cool pink which comes to a nude pink on my lips. Although these are the sheerer formulated lipsticks from the Burberry line, the colour pay-off is amazing after a few swatches. It is definitely very moisturising on the lips especially for someone like me who has very dry lips and lipsticks tend to accentuate the lines, and this definitely did not disappoint.

Jo Malone - Sugar & Spice
Jo Malone's new collection of limited edition fragrances is inspired by moments of delicious pleasures, delectable ingredients and decadently tempting flavours. All scents are delicious to wear and is definitely a divine indulgence.
The new collection consists of five fragrances - Elderflower & Gooseberry, Redcurrent & Cream, Lemon Tart, Ginger Biscuit and Bitter Orange & Chocolate.
I was in town earlier today and had the chance to sniffle up on these new fragrances and oh my were they beautiful....and deliciously yummy! My favourites would have to be Elderflower & Gooseberry and also the Redcurrent & Cream, although this one was a tad too sweet (probably because of the combination of redcurrents, strawberries and raspberries in the cologne) but it lingered on my skin for quite some time and developed to a more creamy musk scent..which I loved! The Elderflower & Gooseberry which a scent that is more feminine subtle which consisted of gooseberries and lychee as top notes then it settles down to the soft scent of elderflowers. Really wanted to purchase this one but I ended up settling with a non-limited edition scent - Nectarine Blossom & Honey.
Available at Jo Malone counters in David Jones and Jo Malone from 24th March 2013.

Review & Swatches: Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Pur Couture Vernis À Lèvres Glossy Stains
Rouge Pur Couture Vernis À Lèvres Glossy Stains combines the texture of shine of a gloss with the addition of the long-wear of a stain for a truly innovative lip product. It's light-weight texture immediately melts onto your lips, delivering an intense glossy colour for an extremely long lasting shine. The applicator is slanted tip and its short soft bristles allows flawless application with perfect prevision.
11 Rouge Gouache is a true red that is more warm toned. My favourite of all the colours that I have collected so far but 15 is just right behind it's tail coming 2nd.
12 Corail Fauve is a coral red but this colour turns more red on my lips than it is coral.
15 Rose Vinyl is a deep neutral pink. Perfect pink as an intense lip colour and it dries down to a stain to a lovely muted pink
17 Encre Rose a cool rose that is very flattering on all skin tones. It isn't too cool that drives it to a ghostly pink. Having said that, I had trouble with it as a stain where the colour wasn't as vibrate compared to the other 3 colours which worked lovely as a stain on my pigmented lips.
WHERE TO FIND IT: Myer, David Jones
PRICE: $49
VALUE FOR PRICE: 4 out of 5
MEETS EXPECTATIONS: 4 out of 5
OVERALL RATING: 4 out of 5
PROS:
→ Amazing colour range
→ Can be used in 2 different ways- 1 application for a stained and natural look or 2 applications for an intense vibrant lipstick look
→ Stains lip very well except for lighter colours like No.17 which didn't stain my pigmented lips very well
→ Hydrating on the lips. I have very dry lips that lipsticks tend to accentuate them so these glossy stains are the perfect alternative for lipsticks AND lipgloss.
→ Multi-functional. Can be used sheerly as lipgloss, intense lipstick or a stain
→ Application is an ease with the pointed applicator
CONS:
→ Price point is steep
→ I have heard that alot of people have problems with the smell of the product (I'm actually ok with it)
→ Poor colour pay-off as a stain for pale colours like 17 Encre Rose
OVERALL:
→ Although the price point is quite steep, I am willing to fork out money to purchase these as they are very multifunctional and has amazing colour pay-off. Bright colours like 15 Rose Vinyl and 11 Rouge Gouache worked well as a stain and an intense colour but however, 17 Encre Rose was a bit of a disappointment in its function as a stain. My lips are pretty pigmented so I guess that is why, so it depends on how pigmented your lips are for colour pay-off for pale/light colours as such.
